Your second plant could be either Neo. 'Gold Fever', or Neo 'Gold Fantasy'. The thing to remember is that the colour of these plants and the amount of marking will vary greatly depending on the amount of light the plant is grown under. I also have a plant carrying the unregistered name of Neoregelia 'Gold Fever Too' which is very similar to the plant in your picture (See picture attached).

I think 'Gold Fever Too' is very likely.

Not as sure about the Striated one but may well be Neoregelia 'Rosea Striata' or a relative.
