Ornamental Grass

OG for mailbox

Hi all,

Any suggestions for a OG that would do well near a mailbox? Nothing too large. I like the look of Miscanthus. Is there one you would recommend? I would add some other plants, maybe coneflowers too.

I really like Miscanthus too. I have not grown these two but Little Kitten and Little Miss are quite small approx. 3 ft. without blooms.

Super Stripe and Huron Sunrise are very nice at approx. 4 ft. without blooms.

Morning Light is 4-5 ft. without blooms and is very elegant.

What is your ideal size?

3-4 ft would be what I'm looking for. I ended up purchase two flame grasses for that area. Now, if it ever stops raining over here, maybe I can plant them.
