No idea without you describing your Growing conditions. It might be one of the warmer growing Phalaenopsis. Hopefully one of the orchid growers living in Northern USA will add to this.

Then there is the violacea /bellina confusion.

Not sure what I had ages ago, it used to flower in summer from old spikes and I fiddled around and bumped it off.

Still fiddling around with them (phals) in the sub tropics where they are considered to be difficult.

I'm growing it in a house in sphag in a plastic pot laying on its side. Air temps approximately 68F. Was in an east window where it started spiking but I had to move it to a south window when those windows were replaced. It then bloomed but one lower leaf turned yellow and I removed it. It bloomed a second flower but that flower dried up a couple of weeks ago and nothing has happened since. I don't water until the sphagnum is crunchy so I don't think it's a water issue. That leaves light or temperature I guess...
