Does anybody have a clever way to hang a large bunch while it ripens? I have some looking close to harvest, but it’s the largest bunch I’ve ever grown; big Nam Wah. Currently, my plan is to use a 6x6” fence post between two Aframe ladders with a lag bolt to hang each bunch from, but that takes up a lot of room. Any ideas appreciated.
