Just over one year since I got it.

It looks quite 'happy',

I was thinking that the other day even tho I neglect it terribly LOL. It should be repotted by March and watered a lot more.

It's been growing well this winter. little tip damage but no big deal.

Are filifera less tolerant of water and humidity than robusta?

@Brad K Overall, yes. There are fewer of them here in Florida than Washintonia robusta for that reason. If you grow a bunch of them from seed, you'll get a few filifera that tolerate humid conditions a little better and survive to adulthood in humid climates. The remainder typically damp off.
