Less direct light also. Watering is depending on the medium and the pot. plastic or clay...But more water for the little ones...This species is warm loving and grows at altitude in the columbian mountains...Where do you live?

I'm in northern New Jersey. Am having a good time learning about full spectrum LED fixtures. Thanks for the detail about being warm-loving. I'm looking foward to learning the needs of a seedling in general, and this one in particular. It has very little direct natural light. The temptation is to hike it up into my LED flood. Not too much - leaves are still cool - but good and bright. It's in a 2.5" pot with an open medium and seems to want watering every day. And definitely a fertilizing regimen. Someone suggested growth formula 3x a month and bloom formula 1x a month for a seedling. At this frequency I'm assuming a 1/4 rate. Thank you for responding.
