I am looking to incorporate some Japanese, Korean and chinese type vegetables because in my area there isn't a Asian store, live in a pretty remote area.

I have a huge variety of seeds in my seed library, but im looking to incorporate more of those for 2019.

These are some of the ones I am looking for

Mizuna (red variety would be nice, it's called Ben Houshi)( also called spider mustard, japanese mustard)

Japanese green onion also called negi (sort of looks like a leek)

wasabi

burdock

bitter melon

Chrysanthemum

Angelica sinensis (also known as female ginseng, dong quai)

green onions/spring onions

Thai/or japanese green eggplant
