Mold is secondary - the problem is probably caused by some shock. If you own this plant for 2 weeks only - it is change of the conditions - it was growing in one place - and it got moved to a different place with different light, humidity, temperature.

You have 2 buds coming that are healthy - so if you accurately remove the damaged blossoms with the bloomstalks - you can still get them to bloom normally. I see you have the plant pot in the cachepot - it is very easy to overwater it - it shouldn't have the roots in water - ever. Regarding the light - it should be on a bright window.

The name of the plant is Sinningia speciosa, the common name is florist gloxinia. I am sure there is plenty of information on internet on how to grow them.
