I desperatly want to update my mudroom. I was thinking of chalk painting the furniture white and painting the walls a grey/grayish color. All the doors and molding in that room are white and there is a lot of natural light. I realy like how the paint BM gray bunny looks by swatching.. It’s a nice gray but it does have a slight blue cast to it. i Would like my house to flow together because there is a pocket door between my kitchen and mudroom that is always open but I’m wondering if any update to the mudr area will really make it stand out and not flow with the kitchen area. My kitchen is outdated by today’s standards as it was built in 2000 and has natural wood cabnits and a dining room table the same orangy wood color. The paint in the kitchen is creme with a slight yellow cast. Any advice on what I could do to updat? Do the two rooms need to flow togethe? And if so how do I achieve that? Thank you!
