Floors! What is the flooring?

What color is the floor and is it engineered wood? Who makes it. It looks beautiful in this kitchen

Hi. These floors are called 'roasted oak' or 'smoked oak'. These are not engineered floors, it is natural wood with the coloring all the way through. Here is a picture during installation. It is the only time we installed this floor. Good luck with your project!
