A green cutworm?

I found this creature beneath holey leaves of a black eyed Susan plant. It resembles a cutworm with the exception of it being green, the markings are different, and doesn’t move much. Is this my enemy the cutworm or something else?

    I thought you were talking about the Black Eyed Susan vine until I saw the leaves. Yes, ti could very well be cutworms, but again, there is an army worm that looks very much like that. Whatever it is, it's not a butterfly, it's a moth.
