My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Paint color & Brand Please for this room & Kitchen

I have called this designer directly to request the color and brand of paint used in the Eclectic Desert Pied-'A-Terre home. It may be a custom blended color. Hopefully soon we will see the color used in this room as well as the kitchen, great room. Absolutely gorgeous rooms and I am curious to see if it is the BM Shaker Beige.

      the paint color for this project was a custom mix color that we worked out in the field with the painter. it is a middle tone beige/taupe. warm in color, but not so warm as to be described as taupe only. it has more yellow in it than that. this color rides the line of neutral between red and yellow. it made for a tranquil backdrop for this project.

      If it was a custom mix, any paint company where it was blended would have assigned it a number (sometimes a name as well) for reference.
