Volunteer seedling

I've got an interesting little volunteer seedling. It looks succulent like a plumeria or a dessert rose. I hope it's something nice! Anyone recognize it?

    Do you know what it is? Some sort of Euphorbia? E. viguieri is a common volunteer for me and this spring I found E. decaryi growing in a nearby pot.
