I'd say some photos of your current garden would help....

Easiest thing to freshen up your garden is to plant new flowers/trees/plants... Move some around. You can get unusual plants (If you live in a cold zone, you can grow tropicals in the summer and store them inside for the Winter). Lots of options depending on what you really want, can grow, want to grow etc etc.

Only reason why I'm responding is... Why did you post this on the Banana forum? You want to plant some Bananas in your garden?
