Not spider mites. May possibly be the start of a mealy bug infestation but can't see the pests very distinctly in those photos.

If by moneywort you mean Lysimachia nummularia (several other plants have that same common name), this a very winter hardy plant in most zones (Z4) so I'd wonder at why it was brought indoors.

Yes, it’s Lysimachia nummularia ‘Aurea’. It was in a container and I brought it indoor to propagate into a few different containers. It does look like mealy bug. Thank you

If it works for you great. Personally when I took my florist course it was never suggested we buy anything for bugs. Most of them can be dealt with just using dish soap at a 1:40 ratio that stays on for 15 minutes or so, then rinse off You can dip the whole thing in or if that's not convenient spray it on. The thing with scale and mealybugs to some extent is that they weave this nice watertight sort of protection around themselves. So although things like aphids get killed with just dish soap and water these guys may need to be dabbed off with rubbing alcohol on a q-tip. Then, like the soap, the residue would be rinsed off.

So if this stuff works great, (check with a magnifying glass to verify!) and if not get out the alcohol and q -tip. Good luck.
