Jacob, you might want to post this on the bulb forum.

You also want to put your general location so folks know if they are even eligible for this. For instance, special permits are needed to send plant material across national boundaries and even a few states boundaries such as into California. So someone in Canada or California or Germany probably wouldn’t be interested.
