Love this kitchen! Where is the pendant light fixture from?

What is the countertop? I’m looking a natural stone with some brown or gold to add warmth in our small kitchen and am open to suggestions if anyone has any ideas. I’m not a lover of gray that has been so prevalent the last few years. Thank you.
