This is the next step plan

For the 30" to the left of the stove would you make one 30" cabinet, or would you do a trash pull out next to the sink and another narrower 3 drawer stack? I am leaning toward the trash pullout.

Any thoughts on the seating being on the left side of the island(as drawn) or if I should reverse it? There will be 2 people living in the house, many nights DH and I may opt to eat at the island. Oft times, he will sit there when I am active in the kitchen, or I will sit there when he is active in the kitchen. (I cook, he cleans up :) )
