Reliability of brand for shower

We are looking at Hansgrohe vs Delta for new shower system. Both have good features such as watersense, touch clean, h2O kinetic raincan technology. It looks like both have good warranties. Any advice re reliability, quality, customer service with Delta vs Hansgrohe?

I think the reason you are getting no responses is because both are well-established companies with good customer service and quality products. I have more experience with Delta products and can tell you that they will last a very long time. I would expect the same with Hansgrohe.
