We've a stainless steel double kitchen sink that is undermounted on our granite top island. Unfortunately, while deep, their width isn't the most accommodating for large pote and pans. Anyway, we've having visions of replacing it with a single large sink and was wondering if this is something doable. Hoping to hear from folks who have done this before. I'm assuming the entire granite top (still in pristine condition at only 5 years old) will need to be professionally removed for this job. Thanks in advance for any suggestions or advices.
