The bulb I purchased is putting on a good performance. The flower stem came up first, the pod opens to show four flowers. Two opened first and the other two seem to be waiting for the first two to finish. I also see a fifth bud developing.

The bulb I salvaged from last year has sent up leaves with no sign if a flower stalk yet. Both were hydrated at the same time.

The question is: How much of this is "normal"/expected?
