My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.
Any ideas on what this is? It doesn't scrape off. There is no sign of bugs. I have had this plant for awhile and is has spread to all the leaves. I think I need to pitch it, but I would like to know what I am dealing with.
It is in my indoor greenhouse under lights. I cut it way back, repotted it, and treated it with Neem Oil. I may just have to pitch it. I wondered if it was scale, but I haven't found any bugs and nothing scrapes off of it. I did have it in a west window a while back, so maybe it was sunburn. Sadly, it's one of the hoyas I always wanted and came from Thailand few years ago. Thanks for your help.
