I would put a drapery rod and sheers across the entire wall. You would still have access but the panel would be hidden.

I'd ignore it and put the bed on another wall - ones attention won't be drawn to it nearly as much. Curtains for the windows would draw the eye away, too.

As suggested, place your bed on another wall and ignore the box. Or, if that isn’t possible, center a large piece of art over the bed on that wall. Add a side table with a light on the right side. Fool the eye by attracting attention to the art. The box will not be as visible as you think.

I meant to suggest much bigger lamps on both bedside tables. Sorry!
