I'd like to remodel my garage to make it more suitable for organized storage and to look nice. My main issue is the floor. Currently it is a continuous portion of asphalt from the driveway, but I'd like it to be concrete. Is it possible to apply concrete directly on top of the asphalt? How much would this cost for a 2-car garage?

The primary work would be flooring, drywall (maybe insulation, it's a detached garage so not as important), neatening up wiring, new windows, and new lighting.
