Thanks, we loved your idea so much we created the same look using porcelain and it came out beautiful. It was refreshing seeing a bathroom vanity that was not solid surface.

Exactly, that's why I was so glad to see you had done this and it looked so sharp. Options are so important, why do we have to create a bathroom vanity with an expensive solid surface...not necessary. The almost non-existant grout joints and beautifully done bullnose, thank you for that. The vanity we created was beautiful, functional, and inexpensive. Thank you for showing us it could be done.

We also would like to use a high gloss porcelain tile identical in color & size for our bathrm countertop. The exposed edge/bullnose is what has us stumped. How is it finished? We would be happy to pay for a consult call, unless if you are on Cape Cod - visit. Ray DiPietro

I know this is an older thread but we are about to do this same thing for our bathroom update and thought this may help others. Couldn't justify the solid surface cost and really liked marble. Found gorgeous 12x12 tiles similar to these. Talked with a tile guy and he told us how to do the edge. Here is article that shows the process even though it says granite, it shows picture of marble too. Excited to get this project under way.
