Which layout do you prefer? The one that is more open allows for more waking space, natural window light at the large work counter, room for my floor lamp and side table by my stitching chair, and facing my office desk to watch movies on the computer while stitching. It’s a bit short on storage though.

The peninsula lay out has a larger work table, more storage above and under the work table, allows for counter height, and lets you approach work from either side. However it is more cramped, and fitting my stitching chair, lamp, and end table will be a Tetris struggle if even doable. I could relocate it to my bedroom but then... point of a craft room??

I need to choose a layout to move forward with fabrication.
What do you think?
