We are looking to upgrade our kitchen without starting from the beginning. At this point, I know we will get new countertops (white quartz around the sink, butcher block on island), but I'm not crazy about the cabinets. The cabinets are solid wood and still in good condition, but the exposed hinges drive me crazy. Is it possible to upgrade the cabinets with new doors and get red of those exposed hinges? Can you update and have the cabinet doors lay flush with the base (inset)? I'm very new to all this, so I'm not quite sure where to start.
