My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    I'm so sorry but I bought it on a remnant table and don't know the manufacturer. I always find fabulous fabric deals on Fabric.com. You could check out their site. The fabric is a burgundy tone on tone stripe. You should be able to find something similar there.
