I think we need to see more pics of the space before we could make any suggestions.

Not really going for the monochromatic look, I am just not sure what color to add to accent. The coach is a blue/gray tone. My idea was to blend the gray with beige however my coach turned out to look more blue when it got to my house. So now i am not sure what color to accent. I am really open for suggestions... Thank you!

What I would do is .... remove the chair and ottoman, and get two accent chairs in a patterned fabric that are lighter than your couch. You have too much dark furniture going on in that space. And then position the chairs in the center of the room facing the couch. You need to get more depth in the space and not have everything so flat up against the walls. Then remove the mirrors over the couch and hang artwork. Remove the three floor plant things, they're too small and they don't need to be there. Get a large faux tree, but much bigger than what is in the corner now. Remove the little table with the lamp on it. Upgrade the pillows on the couch, get solid neutral colored pillows focusing on texture, not color. I would change out the coffee table for one that is oval shaped, gold with glass top to lighten that up. I would get a skinny buffet table for that wall and then upgrade the art work over it. I would get a different chandelier for over the dining table, that one is too heavy and too dark and is competing too much against the staircase railing.

Here' my 2 cents worth. Your furniture and furniture arrangement is fine, appropriate dor the room size and configuration. Just need some color or brightness. If you like blue it would look great, patterned pillows, throw, tray for coffee table. If you don't like blue, bring in light neutral textured accessories. Drapery panels on each side of the windows would soften the look. A larger picture between the sconces with a console table or book case underneath will be great. If you like color, go for more colorful accessories. I like the lighting you have, but I would add some or brighten the bulbs.

By the way, I am mot a fan of the blue.. the coach looked grey in the store. Ive debated adding drapes, simple panels, from the top window, Mainly to add warmth. If I do, what color? Obviously I am not good at adding color...

The issues in your space cannot be fixed by adding color.

I think your furniture looks very nice. I would suggest getting a larger picture, which adds color. I think a sideboard/buffet might be a nice option under the picture, to help provide balance in the room.

What are your thoughts on a beige color table vs a wood tone?

I like the idea of having a lighter color table and I like the table pictured. How wide is the table? How would it align with the sconces?

I believe this table is 60 inches. The sconces are 75 inches apart. I am hoping to find a 60-70 in table to fill as much of the wall as I can. Good to hear you think the light table will work. I am stuck on bringing in more dark colors into the room and I am not sure what my options are. Thank you for your comments!

Another thought if you want to add some more color into the room. Could you move the mirrors that are over the couch and and hang them outside the sconces (still have art over buffet) and then add artwork over couch. That might work if you found a table that extended past sconces. Depending on the artwork you select, solid light colored pillows and a throw might look nice, or a perhaps light floral.

So this is where I landed with my table. Not too dark, I hope. I like it! Looking for a picture to hang above. Considering a multi neutral colors with plum being my accent color. Thoughts...

I do too... I found it at Costco... It was random that I would go there yesterday and I find this piece of furniture. I knew when I saw it was what I wanted, and at a great price!
