Cabinets Darkening

I made a trip to Masco Cabinetry Warehouse to find the pieces that I need to complete kitchen. My existing cabinets are Maple with a cinnamon finish. I picked up 2 unfinished Maple that I am going to finish myself and 2 Cherry with the Cinnamon stain. The Cherry are lighter than mine. If I put them in direct sunlight will they darken and blend? Or will I need a toner of some sort?
