Description says 4"

In the title for this product, it says 4" widespread. I am fitting a sink with 4" centers (also referred to as mini widespread) and thought this would fit the bill. Will this fixture accommodate 4" widespread configuration? I'm confused since another questioner asked about 8" widespread and the response was it would fit. Please advise as soon as possible, thank you much!
