I like #1.

Is the table in #3 bigger than #1 & #2? If so, which size fits the space best? All 3 look nice, but the slatted chairs in #2 look uncomfortable. #1 appeals to me the most.

I know you said dining room, but just to clarify, do you also have a separate eating area in the kitchen? How often will you be eating here?

Option #3.

it is a great room kitchen dining combo so the dining is part of the kitchen so it will get used basically daily.

The table in option 2 and 3 are the same table and the chairs are just different. The table in option 2/3 is about 2 inches bigger than option.

We are kinda going going for modern farmhouse look. Option #1 initially caught our eye but option #2/3 made us rethink and confused us and made unsure which option would fit with our decor/finishes we have so far.

They didn't have the tables physically in the store but they had other pieces in the collections that had the same finishes to give us an idea

Is the fabric washable/wipeable? Do you have kids? I envision dirty hands, food spills, markers, Play-doh, etc... IMO, chair 3 has too much fabric to be practical for daily use.
