My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

    Ah, here we go! That is the work of builder Hann Builders in Belaire, Texas: https://www.hannbuilt.com/ and their interior designer (I designed the building itself, but not the finishes) whose name is escaping me right now. I admired the tile, as well, but don't remember the specifics about it... will try to find out...
