Okay. So I’m back. Ready to commit.

Notes:

-House is a remodel and this is my layout.

-My house is super small.

-The kitchen Is being relocated.

-Gas pipe and water can be anywhere.

-Windows have to stay / walls can’t be moved. I can change the size of the windows but don’t want anything bigger because he view is MIL patio

- I dont cook much, but plan to.

-My current kitchen is tiny. stove has no prep area or cabinets and my sink only has 24” on both size and I make that work.

-Family 4

-Plan to rent out when House is too smalL.

-would love to have space in the kitchen to eat in. put a small desk on the dining area and art stuff. For parties use both rooms for a large table. We are more into BBQ.

Posted a pic with a missing Top cabinet. I like the fridge on that wall and debating putting a pantry next to it or a base cabinet and top cabinet for coffee and toaster. i Put a small pantry on The Right. Does it look weird. This is just a simple idea. i Fix all the small stuff and hoping to get ideas. Thank you.
