Your garden is like a patch of paradise on earth:-)))) I very much enjoy seeing it and I can almost just picture myself there :-)))))) Most of us here in the Northeast USA can only grow these beautiful plants in pots, so when I see them growing in the open ground I think how very special it must be to see them grow outdoors without a care (almost).

Interesting photos Arif, I once tried planting in the ground but the lack of a controlled environment from pests & the elements made me go back to container gardening.

The only problem I have is heat and burning sun for which I use shade net from mid April to mid September

Do you bury the bulbs or are they pretty much just set on the surface? I am a complete tyro but have a couple three bulbs that I wish to carry over, and I am hoping to be able to bed them out this summer here in Minnesota.

Thanks, I have a couple three that I have been holding over. Nothing like the number you have! They will go into the ground in my backyard once the soil has warmed up nicely. Now I know how deep to plant them. I know a number of folks who hold theirs over year around for rebloom, but I have never had much luck doing it before. Of course, here in Minnesota I will have to dig them next autumn, but that is no big deal. I do that yearly with my tulips, garlics and onion sets, each one at its proper time.

Beautiful. Thank you for the current picture. I can see that they aren't planted very deep. I have several red and peach/pink ones in pots outdoor year round but want to get more in the ground and end up with a mass planting. You are inspiring!
