They do not need the humidity cover on once they have germinated. The seedlings will need to stay relatively moist for the first few months. Do not require a heat mat once germinated either, if you have one under them. The ambient temperatures are more important now that they have germinated.

I would not transplant into individual pots (unless you started them in separate pots to start) until they have atleast 2-3 sets of true leaves.

I like to changed the soil at stages of growth. Sown in a Coco Coir mix, then transplanted up into a C.Coir mix with larger pieces, such as more perlite, coconut husk chips, then into my Gritty mix as the seedling grow.

This is all relative to where you reside and/or what conditions are given.

i have made an experiment i sowed seeds 30 days ago and those in a closed chamber are like 70% bigger and with more huge leaves and stuff,humidity does help and wont kill them if the weather is hot enough,only to much humidity in dormancy and cold periods can kill them

Too much humidity would not be a good thing if there is not sufficient air flow. When starting seeds with a Dome/cover on is important for germinating the seeds, but if left on and no air exchange, then you will end up with all sorts of issues and especially damping off and mold.

The key to high humidity is air circulation to ward of problems.
