I have a hanging basket of strawberry plants that are already putting out fruit, but the leaves don't seem to be doing much. These are supposed to be June berries, so I don't know why they're blooming now, but should I start fertilizing them? I had a few runners last year that I potted up in separate pots, and I want to put them into the ground. Is this a good time?
