I would have shutters. Look balanced.

Awww thank you so much celerygirl! They look great! What color would you suggest? The siding is mocha, soffit is dark brown and the window trim is a bronze color. Oh, and what style of shutter ...panel, board and batten etc.? Our door is mahogany.

Does that beige structure with white trim belong to you?
That is a bigger problem.
I say “Yes” to shutters in this case. Remember.....the two shutters’ combined width must equal the width of the window they flank, and they must be the same height as the windows, too.

Might consider shutters for front window too. The color on celery's pix is good.

felizlady, the other structure doesn't belong to us. Our contractor is the one who will be doing them for us and he has already taken the measurements which is correct as I doubled checked...lol. Thank you!
