Hi- what would you all do to help my exterior look on a budget? We bought this place about two years ago and it’s in need of a refresh. While I’d love to replace the whole roof, that’s not in the budget right now. We redid the landscape as pictured below... thinking paint +/- shutters? What do you all think? Thanks so much!!
