I think I might move the bed to the left of the window. How high is the sill on the window next to the bed? Does the nightstand clear it? If so, you can leave the nightstand under the window. If there isn't enough room for the matching nightstand in the corner, find a smaller one that fits. It's OK if the nightstands don't match.

Move the bed to the left and the dresser on the right walladd some drapes to soften the look .

Can you sketch the room dimensions with the doors, etc? With that chair by the window, it makes me wonder how big the room is and whether you have room to move the bed to the wall opposite the big window or maybe angle it in that corner or ???
