I'd transplant them and then give them time to establish before pruning. Maybe do it next year.

I've made from transplanting canes or very leggy shrubs that they were growing out from under the skirt of a tree.

if last season .. i would give them a year or 2 to get some roots down .... without cutting off all its leaves in a severe pruning to make them look pretty ...

i would give them 2 or 3 seasons .... and do it in a rejuvenation manner ... slowly rejuvenating it .. but leaving parts of the plant untouched.. while you grow some new .. prettier trunks.. canes.. etc.. [but thats not really azalea system ...]

By “rejuvenation manner” do you mean prune hard, as in almost to the ground? Or do you mean selective pruning, taking a few canes yo the ground? Or heading back all of them?? I need more specific guidance please. The transplants have all been in the ground at least a year now. I’m most surprised by the forsythias that still look like scrawny whips!

Most of your list are spring bloomers, so don't prune any of them until after flowering. Depending on where you live and the species of Euonymus you have you might want to rethink that shrub completely, given the invasive status of some types in some places.

Rejuvenation pruning can be Googled for techniques. It's the removal of a proportion of the growth. But since they're all so young I don't think they need rejuvenation yet. My immediate thought is to leave them alone a bit longer.
