If the deadbolt is not engaged, does the door swing open when the wind blows? What kind of latch is holding the door closed?

Hi, great question. We used a roller-ball catch for this project, and many others. It provides the latch function that a traditional entry set would provide, but the roller ball is on top of the door. In other projects we have used multi-point locking hardware that has an automatic latching function.
