We just started building our home, and are currently living in an apartment, furnished with hand-me-downs and worn furniture. So, once the house is up, we’ll need to go shopping. :)

Attached is the layout. Our backyard is facing a nature reserve, so we wanted big windows on the back (South) wall. The living room window isn’t really centered, and the corner fireplace makes it a little awkward. I just can’t seem to figure out a plan for furniture placement. We currently have a sectional, but like I said, will need new things. Open to sofa, couch, and sectional options. Any suggestions? I like contemporary / Scandinavian design. The TV will go on the wall to the left of the fireplace.
