We still are blanketed with snow, and more coming down right now. All we can do is look at last years pictures and know that SOON (hopefully) we will see some green.

We’re expecting more snow tonight too, followed by bitter cold for the week. March has come in like a lion!

Popmama, thanks for the compliment! I only have a few Iris in my gardens, so those on iris forum will probably help you more than me. Keep a watch there, they do an alphabet thing in the spring similar to the hosta and daylily. I grow Batik iris, and on iris with variegated foliage, the name escapes me at the moment but it’s pretty common, not sure if I have photos.

I just went over to the Iris forum, looks like they are just finishing their alphabet!

Sherry perhaps Iris pallida 'Variegata' is the name that escaped you? Not a great pic at all but the blooms smell like grape Kool -aid.
