Hello!

Janet Craig dracaenas are one of my favorite plants, and mine is looking quite sickly. I noticed yellow spotting on the ends of the leaves a few weeks ago, and now it's progressed to this. Is this leaf spot? There's no browning, just these awful yellow marks all over the leaves. I did fertilize the plant two weeks ago.
