Is this tile flat or of equal depth? If not, is it expected to still apply grout and sealer? And if so, could you provide me with any tips or tricks?

Dear Jen,

This tile is not flat, it's 3D with different depth. This tile is groutless, you can just use thin set to glue onto the wall.
