How are you watering it? What kind of potting media is it in?

I've been watering it when the top 2" of the soil are dry (It's been about every 10 days). I've noticed it seems to take quite awhile for the soil to dry out. I currently have it in a plastic pot and it has drainage at the bottom of it. It's in a room with a NE window and gets plenty of light.

As tsugajunkie asked what type of media ("soil") is it in? When you water it do you water it enough for water to come through the bottom of the pot? Does it soak the media well before draining? Your plant does not look bad, but perhaps needs a little more root to support all those leaves. It could be very potbound, or the soil could be very fine and heavy not allowing enough roots to form. These guys in the wild would root in the "soil" that develops in the cracks of trees etc. while they climb. This would be bits of leaves and moss and bark in various states of decomposition. This results in a very loose open mix that holds moisture but a lot of oxygen at the same time. You can mix commercial potting mix with a lot of extra perlite and perhaps some orchid soil and/or pine bark to create something similar.

it's not getting enough water, even though the soil mix is staying damp. what's your temp? if the temps are around 65F it will slow down the water absorption: it's winter temps for tropicals. . it needs a higher humidity too, like around 50% or more.
