My builder uses Houzz Pro to plan the timeline and give detailed estimates and daily updates with photos of progress, and provide invoices at pre-agreed key points in the build. This made the whole experience much more efficient and stress-free.

Can you tell me where you got the railing and balusters especially?

    Hi There,
    We had the railing custom made by a local supplier, Quality Spindles and Railing LTD.
    The post is 4x4 maple, square with a mitered top, you should be able to find something equivalent at most building supply stores (Rona, Home Depot, etc). The spindles are 5/8" diameter round stainless steel, they might be a bit harder to source as spindles are typically square.
