Nice, clean-looking pendant, which would be great in the right kitchen. I think it would look odd in a bathroom, and I can't imagine how it would provide good lighting for mirrors. I just don't think it would produce a happy result.

Looking at the specs, it says it has a 56 watt LED bulb: that's a lot of light...maybe the equivalent of 400 watts of standard incandescent illumination. That could make the bathroom lighting be so bright as to seem glaring.

For bathroom lighting you can have overhead lighting but then you need to add what is called "fill light" from each side at around face level. Overhead light will cast shadows on the face. If you add fill light along with overhead it will illuminate the entire face. This is best lighting for make up and shaving, etc. So, answer is yes, you will get weird shadows.

That is a very nice light but not bathroom, there are lots of beautiful vanity lights that you can use if you share a photo it will be great.

You might consider this Sonneman Thin-Line wall light -- available in black -- which can be configured to shine from only one side (i.e., only towards the vanity) or on both sides (towards and vanity and ceiling).
