Tete a Tete Daffodils

I'm looking for a little information on these bulbs. Local big box home improvement store had a sale on potted daffodils that were close to blooming - looks like about 4 bulbs per pot.

Is it OK to put them into the ground now or should we wait?

When planting them into the ground, should we separate the bulbs or plant them in the current "clump" state?

Are these rapid multipliers? How frequently will they need to be divided? Will the bulbs spread far beyond where they're planted or is dividing/re-planting the best way to accomplish a naturalized look?

Thanks!
